Redsan Digitals Pvt. Ltd. (“Redsan Digitals”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools: including generative text, image, video, and automation tools, and AI-assisted chat/support tools: to support the delivery of our digital marketing, creative, and technology services (“Services”). This AI Usage & Claims Policy (“Policy”) sets out what our AI tools, and any AI-assisted content or communication we produce, are permitted to state or claim, and the safeguards we apply, so that clients (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) and their audiences can trust what they see.
This Policy applies to AI used by Redsan Digitals in the course of the Services, and to AI-generated or AI-assisted deliverables we produce for or on behalf of a Client. It should be read together with the Master Service Agreement, the Service Limitations Policy, and the Privacy Policy governing your engagement.
1. Purpose & Scope
This Policy exists to make sure that AI is used at Redsan Digitals as a tool that supports our team’s judgment: not as a replacement for factual integrity or legal responsibility. It governs:
- AI used internally to draft, ideate, or accelerate work (e.g., ad copy, blog content, creative concepts, code scaffolding, reports, analysis);
- AI-generated or AI-assisted images, video, voice, or other media produced for a Client’s campaigns or digital assets;
- AI-powered chatbots, auto-responders, or virtual assistants deployed by Redsan Digitals on our own or a Client’s channels; and
- Any claim, statement, or representation: about a product, service, result, or the AI itself: that originates from or is materially shaped by an AI tool.
This Policy does not restrict a Client’s own independent use of AI tools outside our Services. Where Redsan Digitals is asked to build, configure, or manage an AI tool on a Client’s behalf (e.g., a client-facing chatbot), the applicable SOW will specify the agreed scope, and this Policy governs what that tool may claim.
2. Where and How We Use AI
AI tools may be used at various stages of our workflow, including first-draft copywriting, image and video asset generation or editing, keyword and trend research, code scaffolding, data summarisation, and performance reporting. AI is used to accelerate and support our team’s work: it does not replace strategic decision-making, client sign-off, or final quality control, all of which remain with Redsan Digitals’ human team, as described in Section 3.
3. Human Oversight & Review
Every deliverable that is generated or assisted by AI is reviewed by a qualified member of our team before it is sent to a Client or published on the Client’s behalf. Human review includes checking for:
- Factual accuracy: Consistency with verified, client-approved facts and product specifications;
- Claims standards: Adherence to the permitted claims in Section 4 and avoidance of prohibited claims in Section 5;
- Brand alignment: Tone, style, voice, and contextual appropriateness for the intended target audience; and
- Legal and platform compliance: Compliance with advertising standards (ASCI), platform ad policies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and applicable Indian law.
AI-assisted output is treated strictly as a first draft or working aid, not a final, unreviewed deliverable. Final responsibility for what is published rests with Redsan Digitals and, where the Client provides final sign-off, with the Client.
4. What AI-Assisted Content May Claim
AI-assisted content produced by Redsan Digitals is held to the identical truthfulness standard as content written entirely by hand. AI-assisted content may make a claim about a Client’s product, service, or offer only where:
- The claim is factually accurate and can be supported by information provided or verified by the Client;
- Any statistic, study, award, certification, or comparative claim (such as “#1”, “best”, “fastest”, “proven to…”) is backed by a real, verifiable source reviewed by a human team member before publication; and
- The claim complies with applicable advertising standards (including guidance from the Advertising Standards Council of India, sector-specific regulators, and platform ad policies) and the Client’s own regulatory obligations.
Strict Verification Standard: AI tools are never permitted to originate a factual claim, statistic, testimonial, or comparison that has not been independently verified by a human team member against a real, primary source.
5. Prohibited Claims & Use Cases
Regardless of whether content is AI-generated, AI-assisted, or produced manually, Redsan Digitals will not publish or approve content that violates the following prohibitions:
🚫 False or Exaggerated Claims
Stating or implying unverifiable, deceptive, or misleading assertions regarding product performance, clinical efficacy, or speed of outcomes.
🚫 Fabricated Social Proof
Inventing statistics, research papers, synthetic user reviews, fake testimonials, fabricated case studies, or attributing quotes to non-existent or unconsenting persons.
🚫 Unconsented Likeness & Voice
Using AI tools to clone or generate a living or deceased person’s voice, face, or persona without explicit, verified written authorization from that individual or their estate.
🚫 Deceptive Synthetic Media
Presenting AI-generated visuals or recordings as authentic unedited photography or genuine documentary footage where the distinction materially misleads buyers.
🚫 Regulated Professional Advice
Formulating medical, legal, tax, or financial advisory statements without direct clearance from an authorized and accredited professional.
🚫 Deceptive Chatbot Personas
Representing an automated virtual assistant or AI chat system as a human employee where a reasonable customer would be deceived about who they are conversing with.
6. Disclosure of AI Use
Where required by applicable law, platform policy, or the Client’s own brand guidelines, Redsan Digitals will label or disclose that content is AI-generated or AI-assisted (for example, synthetic imagery, AI voiceovers, or an AI-powered customer concierge). Clients may request a specific disclosure approach (such as a visible “AI-generated” caption) or may request that AI not be used for particular deliverables, as set out in Section 9.
7. Accuracy, Hallucination Risk & Fact-Checking
Large language models and AI tools can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect or fabricated information (commonly called “hallucination”). Redsan Digitals treats this as an inherent limitation of the technology, not an acceptable foundation for client-facing communication. Accordingly:
- No statistic, data point, citation, quote, or factual assertion generated by an AI tool is published without independent verification against a primary, credible source;
- Where a fact cannot be verified within a reasonable time, it is either excised completely or rephrased as a qualitative statement; and
- Clients are encouraged to flag any AI-assisted draft that appears inaccurate so our editorial desk can rectify it immediately.
8. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights
Redsan Digitals takes reasonable care to utilize AI platforms in accordance with their commercial licensing terms and to prevent outputs that knowingly infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks. Ownership of final, approved AI-assisted Deliverables transfers to the Client under the terms established in Section 7 of the Master Service Agreement. Because copyright law regarding purely AI-generated works is evolving internationally and in India, Redsan Digitals does not guarantee that purely synthetic assets are eligible for statutory copyright registration, and will advise the Client whenever this distinction is commercially critical.
9. Client Preferences & Opt-Out
Clients maintain full autonomy over their brand assets. A Client may request, in writing, that AI tools not be used for specific deliverables (for example, pure human-written executive op-eds or manual studio photography), or that all AI drafts be explicitly tagged for client review. Such preferences will be accommodated and reflected in the project scope and timeline.
10. Limitation of Liability
This Policy operates alongside, and does not expand, Redsan Digitals’ liability beyond what is established in the Master Service Agreement and the Service Limitations Policy. The use of AI as an internal drafting aid does not create any warranty beyond those expressly stated in a signed SOW.
11. Changes to This Policy
Redsan Digitals updates this Policy as AI technology, industry best practices, platform regulations, and Indian legal frameworks develop. Active retainer clients will be informed of material updates via email.
